How long will my order take to arrive?

Jordbarn ships your order direct from our Heidelberg warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria Australia within 24 hours most of the time. Jordbarn uses Australia Post.

Australia: standard shipping times are estimated between 2-5 business days.

Rest of the World: standard shipping times are estimated between 4-25 days depending on your location.

Please note that once your order has been sent with Australia Post Jordbarn cannot take responsibility for any delays incurred by our postage partners. During busy sales and peak seasons, please allow an extra working day to dispatch your order. EG. Christmas, Black Friday and Back to school periods.

Can I change my address after I make an order?

The shipping address for your order is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation email. If you have entered an incorrect address, or did not update your address details, Jordbarn unfortunately will not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any associated loss, nor will we compensate for any additional shipping costs. In some cases, address changes can only be updated before an order leaves our warehouse. We cannot guarantee this option but will alert our warehouse asap to try to assist.
